Returns and Refunds Policy
1. General Policy
At Outer Surf, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges, subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags attached.
- The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.

3. Return Timeframe
- In-store Purchases: Returns must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Online Purchases: Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
4. Proof of Purchase
- For in-store returns, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- For online returns, please provide the order number and the email address associated with your purchase.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item has been inspected and confirmed to meet the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
6. Sale Items
All items purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges may be allowed, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Outer Surf.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (as indicated at the time of purchase)
8. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, this can be done in-store or through our online customer service team, subject to product availability. Items being exchanged must meet the same eligibility criteria as a return.
9. Shipping Costs
For online returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made by Outer Surf. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
10. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@outersurfnc.com or (252) 715 1445. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
11. Changes to This Policy
Outer Surf reserves the right to update or modify this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will take effect as of the date of posting.
